Happy Spring, Folks!

I hope you are all returning safely from your travels and feeling rejuvenated for the last speed round of the school year. I always find this part of the year to go by quite fast. This week we have Lisa Tromboli in for music sessions with our classes. Lisa is part of a program through the Capital Theatre that brings free music lessons to kids. We also have Secwepemc storyteller, Kenthen Thomas, coming in on Tuesday afternoon. The Secwepemc stories or ‘Stsepetkwll’ – Legends That Teach” are stories that not only provide entertainment but they also provide lessons. We are excited to have Kenthen at our school.

A reminder that Monday is outdoor activity time first thing in the morning. The weather looks good but still prepare your child for cooler temperatures while outside.

• Outdoor Activity Time in the morning (8:15 – 8:55)- All students outside.

Tuesday

• Kenthen Thomas, Secwepemc storyteller -  Gr 4/5/6 come from 12:45-1:15  and  k/1/2/3 go from 1:20-1:50

• Easter Holiday
